You meet a lot of young people who want to grow and it's good to network.
Cons
To give you an overview of how things are going in the company so far. I have now survived 3 managers. And each new manager doesn't care how much work you've done. People leave and you get their workload. You only get compensation at the end of the year. No matter how hard you work, it's never enough. Lead's scream and get angry about the little things. Very poor mentality to motivate people. You are mostly seen as a punching bag to do their job so they can show off at the higher-ups. The company is going from hyper-growth to sustainability. That means the top will cut costs everywhere but themselves.
