      Pros

      - fast moving tech department using top-notch software technology - freedom to solve things the way you think they should be solved - lots of room for mistakes - nice office, free drinks and beer - great and helpful colleagues - very fast decision making across the company

      - days are very busy, there is pressure to deliver - this is a fast moving and successful startup - sometimes there are mistakes in priorities and then priorities might shift quickly. - not for people who look for a laid-back, slow moving company

      They are a great company for improving skills in diverse technologies, if you apply yourself. You will get a new career level if you are already senior. Big, stable independent start-up, but still growing very fast, therefore it's easy to take advantage of this. Management treats their skilled professionals exceptionally well. Whatever proper experience and efforts you deposit in the company it will be noticed and you will get back double, with opportunities here. International colleagues from around the world. Everybody is english speaking. Senior environment. The development focus is always toward new functionality development and not on maintaining old code. Thousands of new ideas and challenges every time. So you will never get bored, stuck on fire-fighting and maintaining. Friendly HR department support you with any paperwork or relocation needs. They will take care of you after you join up. Fastest recruitment process.

      Very tight schedule. Overtimes and planning issues happen.

      - impossible to fire lazy and problematic people - after you agree to work for a small salary it will not be fare increased even after promotion - company prefer to hire people from abroad to work remotely instead increasing salary for already existing colleagues
