When you arrive and no nothing it's for sure a good place to start a young career when you learn a lot

Cons

After your training and one year you realize that work is going to be a routine . You have no real feedback too much extra hours no consideration for emplyees problems are coming from the management disconnected from the reality if you want to move forward no opportunity to grow no benefit for the employees big open space too noisy
