High volume of recruitment. International Company Recruitment process with an international level

Cons

Gossip everywhere. Mid leve and Junior recruiters gossiping around about coworkers. Lack of respect during meetings. Including some team leads are envolved on this gossip due to strong friendship. Recruitment place is turning into a negative enviroment because of this people who is not professional and also has no maturity to focus in a solution instead spreading negative gossip.
