      The worst place someone could ever work at!

      Pros

      - some coworkers are really nice - great location of office in Berlin

      Cons

      The culture of the company is so t*xic that no amount of money would be enough to compensate for your mental health. The director of my department literally storms into the office yelling at everyone on a weekly basis. Additionally, my boss humiliates us in every opportunity he has. I get s*ck so often, my body can't take it anymore, it's terrible. Do yourself a favor and don't even apply there.

      Worst company in Berlin

      Pros

      - The colleagues, young and international team - The two parties on Summer and Christmas

      Cons

      - Very low salary - A few holidays - Very difficult to get an unlimited contract (and of course only after 2 years of temporary contracts) - Their hiring policy is as follows: hire German people without University studies and foreigners who can't speak German but have studies. - Of course people leave the company as soon as they find something slightly better. - Too young managers who don't half the ability and social skills to lead teams.

      Good work and teams but worst decisions at top management

      - most teams are friendly

      Cons

      - low compensation - employee don’t feel to be valued here - work from home is the last thing here - when the whole world is fighting against Coronavirus and taking all possible action, Auto1 still sending emails to wash your hands, stay at home if experiencing even mild symptoms. I wonder why they are still waiting for employees to get infected and have even mild symptoms? Is WFH more dangerous than Coronavirus?
