I work as a software developer(Auto1 Austin). Manager is great and encouraging. HR does amazing job.It's a friendly environment with lots of fun and parties.

Pros

There are tons of opportunities to grow within the organization for people, who are not looking for a nine to five job. I never expected that, and therefore I am quite happy where I am and what I have achieved so far. A good place for people who like their work and who like to give their best.

Cons

If you are looking for a place that has your career steps already planned for you and you don´t have anything to do than just wait for the next step, it´s definitely not a match.

Young team and young manager. Great new office space. Interesting product.

Cons

To get promoted, you need to work hard. Working overtime is quite common (Auto1 pays for that). There are not enough meeting rooms.
