Quick decision making, features are shipped fast, personal development opportunities, lots of cool people around, are only some of the main reasons to be happy in Auto1.

Cons

Fortunately things are moving fast here, but sometimes the changes are coming faster and more often as you might have expected. Be very flexible! Is not a negative point, just be prepared for a very dynamic environment.

- Nice atmosphere at the office

Cons

- Management Directors will make a lot of excuses so they dont have to pay you the money you deserve for the work you do. ( You make more money at a supermarket behind the check). - HR fires people too late on purpose so they cant find a new job in time. They try to get away with it everytime . - Prepare to beg on your knees for an extra buck a month, ( management will decline with a smile )
