      Pros

      With employees coming from 40+ different countries around the world, Auto1 offers an impressively international environment where both German and English are equally accepted business languages. In all teams across the organization, especially in the IT department, there is a strong push on quality, rather than quantity, and hiring the best people, even if it takes a bit longer to bring in that 'right' person for the job.

      Cons

      The office facilities need improvement - a bit more attention to the overall design of the place and some additional lounge/relax and lunch areas would be appreciated.

      Pros

      Supervisors who are willing to listen to suggestions. Opportunity to make money of you work hard and agree willing to change directions, I have learned more in the past year that n I have in the prior 25 years in the automotive business

      Cons

      Need strategic planning; decisions are made without thinking them through. Company has hired people with valuable experience and contacts and would benefit from suggestions and ideas. Too many vehicles with negative equity-need to sell off the losers.
