      Professionalism, meritocracy, organization, collaboration and The pressure is healthy to do better and not to diminish the work of others

      Cons

      Against I do not find it, but I believe that the persistence of employees and the desire to grow as a group will bring great results to the company

      Pros

      -Tasks for all type of works. -Friendly and funny colleagues all across Europe. -Working hours are adjustable. -Great kick start for younger worker.

      Cons

      - No world wide motivational events. -Deadlines and sometimes un-reachable. -Software problems and changes are not reported to all countries. -Unclear guides for tasks to foreing countries. You should speak fluent German to understand to tasks completely.

      Pros

      Nice and friendly co-workers, helpful superiors, good team spirit! Get to work with people around Europe.

      Cons

      Lack of information about new rules and/or features. Decicions take long to make. Very hard to communicate with Germany. Always carrying company phone so you are "working" even on your freetime.
