      Free parking places in the area. Beer & fruits. In my situation, not far away from home. Not in the centrum.

      Cons

      Legacy codes. Low payments. Long time of decisions. Big rotation of employees.

      Good people among developers and some management. More or less new technologies, improving. Workflows are good enough and improving.

      Cons

      Not all management are that kind. Some legacy codebase. Weak social life. Some timelines are not adequate.
