not just a competitive internal environment but also a very interesting and fast developing market. felt you can compete against 100 competitors. The management encourages you to master challenges every day and to come up with new ideas. here you do not just grow the company. you grow yourself!

Cons

short and midterm perspective is always communicated very clear. involving employees also into strtegic longterm development would be also necessary.

I can't think of anything!

Cons

This company has a very toxic work environment. There is no company culture at all you come into work and you leave at end of the day. If you want to learn and grow this is not a place to work. The product is a very business driven not user driven, the CEO and stakeholders don't give any crap about their users. They only care about money. If you raise your voice you will be fired. The CEO told every team to lead if someone they don't like just gets rid of him/her.
