- High level of diversity / International Company for sure! - The engineering team is full of smart and kind people - The platform itself, there are many things to learn and a good stack - Excellent work-life balance - At least in my experience, a bunch of opportunities to jump between different challenges

- Salary, it definitely can get better! - High-level management, They need to be a little bit more careful and kind in the way that they treat their employees
