      Good work and teams but worst decisions at top management

      Pros

      - most teams are friendly

      Cons

      - low compensation - employee don’t feel to be valued here - work from home is the last thing here - when the whole world is fighting against Coronavirus and taking all possible action, Auto1 still sending emails to wash your hands, stay at home if experiencing even mild symptoms. I wonder why they are still waiting for employees to get infected and have even mild symptoms? Is WFH more dangerous than Coronavirus?

      Pros

      The whole business domain is awesome with great challenges. If you're lucky, you may end up in a good team with great mates from which you can learn and grow. If you're not, then you're screwed, suffering from stupid tasks and dealing with terrible leadership. I was a lucky one :)

      Cons

      Horrible C-level management, micro-managing with disrespectful and aggressive attitude, no appreciation for your work (most probably you're underpaid by the way).
