- big scale - nice people in most teams - constant feedback loops - great location

Cons

- few persons taking over management - less than average salary and benefits although they brag being a unicorn - take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Many great, loyal and hardworking developers left and no one asked why or changed something. - they have one of the most strict WFH policies I have ever seen, even when the BVG striked for a single day they required everyone to come!
