      New policy of Work from home People are mostly located in the same city office Office is very nice Team members are from multiple countries but they all speak english Software development teams with good mechanics to deliver Hardware provided to work with is top of the line (Mac or other is your choice) Equipment in general to do your job is diverse and good Good software quality assurance team and structure Good team structure (PM's and tech leads (FE,BE), DevOps) Team and project management have good intentions to help the team/project Ownership feeling of processes and projects Self development opportunities Good tuition program ($) No dress code Nice kitchens with multiple free drinks Good relocation package Very human and logical approach from management to understand situations The company looks to support you if you communicate
