- You do alot of things that are not in your job title, like cleaning, taking old copiers to the dump, driving 30 feet long trucks with no training, taking vehicles to mechanics. - the company likes to lay people off, infact they laid off the entire MPS department and all the techs, I was talking with a printer tech for a different company and he told me ARC offered him a job at $17 an hour, the previous techs made over $25, they clearly let everyone go to then rehire the same position for cheaper. - Installs never go as planned, they were always corridnated so poorly, I would end up having to contact the customer everytime just to confirm the address was correct. - Sales only cared about getting a sale and would tell customers anything to get them signed up, resulting in disappointed customers. We could never meet the high expectations that were set by the sales rep. Most of the sales team have experience with car dealerships and not real sales experience.

1. Very poor work culture. The CTO behaves like a king and ARC is his pet company. He used to bring his mistress in the office and give her a private room that actually meant for office meetings and always talk about how powerful he is. Sometimes I wonder is it a modern software company of a privately held illegal business by the company CTO. 2. No respect for employees. You never know when you will be insulted (literally insulting) in front of your Juniors, seniors event office security guard. I saw it happening with many senior developers inside the office. 3. You literally need to beg for the variable payments and increments and the delay was so obvious that even HR said it is not event 1.5 years from the last variable payout or increment so she will not start the process. 4. Total tyranny no ethics no culture, not even like regular a service-based company. HR directly asked everyone to give good feedback on glassdoor so that she doesn't face any difficulties to hire people. She also monitors whether the employee gives a minimum of 4 ratings or not. Anyone can observe that the sudden spike in the glassdoor rating from 2.6 to 3.7 within a month. 5. The ARC notice period is 3 months and it asked candidate to join within one month. 6. Working on Saturday is like a normal thing and you can't say no.
