No pros. Rotten organization from top to bottom.

Cons

I worked there for 3 years and was a dedicated employee who consistently over performed. This is a failing organization who continuously removes positions and lays off their employees. The amount of turnover that I saw over 3 years is unheard of. Don't fall for the trap, you can easily find a better role with better pay and much better management.
