-Production employees work hard to ensure customer satisfaction -Service center managers are very understanding of personal situations -Very laid-back facility atmosphere

Cons

-Sales does not understand that you need to make a profit to pay employees, pay bills, and buy supplies and equipment. Unfortunately, most of upper management is made of sales people -The construction industry, which is the largest customer base, doesn't plan ahead very well, so there are a lot of rush and/or overnight work at the last minute. Architects and Engineers are the usual suspects
