leader in the industry. Innovative vision. Hard charged and Focused. The best people giving the very best service to a large and constantly growing client base. Bottom up management meaning they listen to the people on the front line and make changes to improve immediately.

Cons

Doesn't keep up with the high cost of living. Benefits have dropped while company profits have gone up. Focused on the bottom line which is both a Pro and a Con

ARC is a very strong company with good leadership that has weathered the storm of the last recession without fail. It has morphed from a traditional printing company to the innovator in technology and digital solutions that it is today with the help of its management team. It offers stability, competitive environment, good benefits, and opportunities to its employees to grow.

Cons

Being a public company, most operating decisions must be made strictly based on the numbers which is difficult for many of the employees to understand and accept. Also, because of ARC's size, there are a lot of inconsistencies between different divisions/regions of the company.

ARC is definitely the industry leader in providing document management solutions. Additionally, ARC is the only TRUE MPS provider, with all the outsource print facilities around the globe.

Cons

ARC is a large company, which comes with issues inherit to its size. Economics factors beginning in 2008 have definitely created challenges for the company.
