great solutions in technology for the construction industry.

Most disorganized publicly traded company I have ever encountered. Bounced checks and getting paid incorrectly resulting in having to pay them back.

Pros

hard working people will find a home in ARC, and shine, since the downturn upper management has been working in giving back to employees and share some of the benefits that come along with being part of a winning team.

Cons

unfortunately Co has employees that have not adopted fast enough to changes, and the technology is a great factor, printing has diminished, so we have to focus on technology and change with it as well as the industry changes, we need adjust. with that being said since we are still focus on servicing customers, not much time for training unless, one invest own time to learn.
