I've been in the business long enough to understand how the industry changes and I'm thankful that ARC is forward thinking enough to understand what is happening to the print business and what needs to be done to remain a dominant player in the market.

Cons

Requirement of being a publicly traded company can be burdensome. Everything must be perfect. Not always a bad thing but it's my biggest complaint.

1. Work-From-Home facility doesn't exist 2. Overall infrastructure, specially toilet and chairs need to be improved 3. Processes are not well defined and streamlined -- nothing is documented 4. Seating condition and toilets need to be lot better -- toilets are pathetic 5. Cafeteria space is too small and not sufficient for approx 200 employees 6. Guests and new comers are not treated professionally 7. Lack of meeting rooms
