I love what I do and the customers

We have ZERO sales support @ our branch, we are told we cannot have a dedicated sales representative here on site when the competition has 7, then we are told how and why we need to sale, I never presented myself as a sales rep. and we should and do employ people in this capacity. We as a brand can do far more but again I will stress we get no sales representation therefore we are stagnant as work is going on all around us and many of the customers doing work are my former customers but no in person visits, no competitive pricing, no friendly gestures by local sales, no support in Region 4 from sales, no one eager to help only to criticize about sales and profits.

I have been in this business for over 40 years and I've never work for a company that is so dedicated to the growth and success of the company as well as their employees. It's an Honour to be part of team ARC.
