Friendly environment. Employee can approach to C level executive which is very good. Technically very rich company. ARC kolkata development center works almost in all the technology and there are good opportunity to learn and explore new ideas and execute and deliver to customer.

Cons

No bonus after outstanding, good deliverables. Appraisal delayed. No on site opportunity US or EU travel.
