Pros
People: Team is from diverse background with good mix of people from distant regions and from premier colleges. The managers are also technical so do understand and groom. Love the interaction with people from Senior manager, product managers and people from various other levels. They are quite approachable.
Work Environment: Colleagues are helpful, though remain busy for most of time but still are helpful. Work load is always there but can me managed. There is always a scope to get reorganization if we create a difference. There are lots of celebration on festivals and annual party is awesome.
Pay: Salary we get on time without a miss.
Cons
Laziness is sometimes visible. Both from the employees part and management's part. The annual work review for appraisal is quite delayed.
