      Pros

      I have a good manager, they're working on making it a less big/complicated organization, they got rid of the horrid relative performance ratings (you were evaluated on a curve!), good 401k match and health benefits

      Cons

      No merit increases (bonus is good though) and No cost of living increases for the past two years - so aim high when negotiating as you will slowly take a pay decrease over the years!!

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy, self Motivation, allowed to think and make decisions, amazing co workers Loyal long term friendships First line managers are solid support of staff

      Cons

      Horrible horrible moral, long term employees being let go so bean counters can tell investors it is working, with moral being so low and people so worried it is no longer team effort it has become every person for themselves, worst of all it has been over 8 years since we have gotten raises and bonus structure is so hard to determine and pre Determined no matter how good your review is So cost of living goes up and employed keep getting shafted The company I loved working for is no longer a place of any happy employee

      None. It's the worst place I have seen in my place...no policies. Local teams unwilling to work with india. All unproductive people sourced from genpact to aig. Worst hr.

      Cons

      Do I need to say more ....hr openly threatens people.
