      Pros

      Good people, great benefits and compensation. Large multimational with great perks. There is a lot to do and middle management is very open and welcomes new ideas.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, no direction, terrible communication, constantly reorganizing, cost cutting, lay-offs. Upper management seem not to care about people and they treat employees like just a number.

      Global industry leaders. Quality of life.

      Cons

      Quarterly changes to strategy puts employees in an endless spiral of reorganization. Reductions in staff has eliminated most experienced managers/mentors and are expected to continue - chasing plunging business results. Leadership has told staff to look for career growth elsewhere! Benefits continue to get slashed.
