Pros

Steady paycheck Hard to get fired Lots of growth opportunities ( more about it in cons) Great benefits Mostly fair compensation Diversity is there.. So long as you're not white.

Cons

Being involved very deep in the underbelly of the company,I learned how shady, incompetent and dishonest this company is. I'll never run my own business through ADP. You grow one if you kiss the right butt. Everyone loves the yes- person, but nobody likes those who provide solutions requiring actual work. It's hard to get fired, so you deal with lots of incompetent, not caring or, flat out of, stupid people. The entire service runs on the 35% of tenured folk who still care.. But that# is dwindling fast. Inflexible and inhumane company that cares about it's workers only so long as workers don't ask for anything. During covid, working from home, I had to buy my own equipment. Weekly major outages due to leadership pushing for new features instead of stabilizing the current system Uncaring development. No accountability. Vax surcharge if you make your own health choices

Pros

It’s sad but literally nothing

Cons

ADP is going down the drain. Why? Competition is destroying us and we have a toxic culture. I honestly don’t know how some people have leadership positions here. You are constantly talked down to, provided with 0 leadership. It’s honestly a country club mentality where friends promote friends. It’s funny ADP writes about articles like toxic work culture, the great resignation, etc etc. And they don’t even follow their own advice LOL! They trick people with inflated on target earnings and when people join and see their sell commission end up quitting. If you are interviewing here, I’d ask you to ask manager has the organization had a lot of turn over lately? They have lost so many top performers. Also here is the best part, most jobs you sell a deal and move on. At ADP you have to baby sit implementation, then service & like 50% of the time you lose the client and get a negative (lose the commission). I am on my way out soon. Can’t wait.

Pros

Steady paycheck with industry standard benefits

Cons

I’ve already written one review about this company, but leadership is the worst I have ever seen. From the very beginning it was lie upon lie. From compensation to growth to company perks. Every little thing that comes out of lower management’s mouth is a complete and utter lie. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth unless you kiss the ring. Compensation is well below industry averages, but they love to sell lies. If I was a member of the board I would probably give leadership 5/5 stars, but as an employee I’m going to tell you now they do not care. You are a number. You will not be compensated fairly. You will not be treated with respect. You will not be treated as your labor is worth what it is because leadership is focused on one thing which is maximizing profits and reducing overhead. The current leadership does not understand anything about the company nor industry they are presiding over. They are in place to micromanage and cut cost. That’s it. Their current hiring and referral bonuses are in place for several reasons, but the main one is they’ve completely disrespected the workforce in their areas and have churned and burned through the talent.
