Can feel like your concerns are not listened to but ADP have got better at listening to their employees Decisions made in America and rolled out to the wider countries that do not always work Too many systems to do the same thing Current systems not utilized or up to standard and then a new one is implemented Lack of accountability within departments and can feel soloed Poor communication ADP tend to rush out products that are not finishes nor ready for market. Do not pay as well as their competitors
