The Paris office is now only left with incompetent people who’ve been here for decades- totally deluded with the current HR Fintech market.

Cons

Disorganization, no innovation (the innovation lab is just a window where no MVP comes out). The people are really incompetent, all the talented people have left.

Great people. Good Salary. Great projects. Good work ethic. Friendly relaxed environment. Bonuses paid to non sales people. Good management at lower to mid tiers.

Cons

Politics get in the way of things. Pay increases are small. Pockets of teams and management everywhere across the business Communication isn't always the best. Policies and procedures are not uniform. Technology can be limited and slow to adopt/use.
