      Pros

      Benefits are just great. They give employees all they are looking for including a pension. They people-collegues are very helpful and informative.

      No clean cut why to evaluate your sales which allowed them to pay you when and how they deemed appropriate

      Pros

      I am a person looking for a challenging and competitive environment which rewards hard work with compensation that is above average. I get exactly that. For people who do not consistently exceed their goals, ADP is a difficult place to work. Mediocrity is not accepted. Personally, I love working where people always care about being better than the person next to them.

      Cons

      There are mandatory meeting which require remote employees like myself to drive into the office. This is a very minor gripe, but I don't like spending much time in the office.
