Pros
ADP is #1 in their market. Job Security and payroll training can be a plus. I work with some great down to earth people. ADP is respected and it comes with a great reputation. Once you move up in training you can get good experience in payroll and taxes.
Cons
Overworked and burned out. Especially in Service. You chained to your phone and whats even worse you can't even do your job properly. Client Service loses a lot of clients in SBS for a reason. There is no follow up and the reps are burned out so nothing ever gets taken care of.
