      Pros

      Overall a very stable company that provides lots of growth opportunities. Senior management makes sound decisions and good strategic vision. Good culture.

      Cons

      There tends to be lots of layers and red tape. Often communication and working across ADP groups can be difficult. In fact it is easier to work with outside on many occasions.

      The employees by far was the best reason to work at RTi. You could not find more hard working, customer service and loyal employees to their clients & customers. Each employee strives for exemplary customer service and dedication to the customers he or she supports.

      The training you receive going into the position.

      Cons

      The Chicago Loop office is HORRIBLE. Management implements new practices every week and never follows up on them. Managers don't provide valid feedback when asked. The office is toxic. I have never been in a more High School drama like environment in my life. All they care about is numbers, they don't want to develop talent. At the end of each fiscal year, if you aren't at plan, you're fired. What a horrible experience.
