      Pros

      ADP is a conservative and well-managed company from a financial perspective. The conservative approach and diversity of business make it a more stable company overall. There are a number of people who have made careers at ADP with tenures of 20+ years, and reductions in force are relatively rare.

      Cons

      The career progression is slow, and it is largely up to the individual to make and find opportunities once you advance past a certain level. ADP can be slow to invest in and implement new technologies, which can lead to labor-intensive inefficiencies in getting work done.

      Pros

      Employees receive a tremendous amount of responsibility from the get go which boosts the experience level right from the start. A great company to work for if you want to be in touch with the latest in technology.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. Management is out of touch with the needs of their employees. Employee ethics are often challenged when cuts need to be made for the interest of the company at the expense of the service offering to the client.

      asked to do shady additional business sales you are only as good as your last week don't take into consideration changes in the economy very high turnover creates a stressful work environment after you've made it past year one
