      Great place to work if you can be very flexivle and like things to change and keep changing all the time.

      Pros

      It is a very agile company that is changing all of the time. You get a chance to own your own work and performance. Promotions are fair and opporunities are performance driven. This is a place where you can move around a lot and do a lot of different things and you will definately have a chance to think on your feet.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of training and you have to be comfortable figuring things out for yourself. If you want to learn a job and then keep doing it and be comfortable this is not the place for you. There is a lot of chaos and you do work very hard all of the time.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at ADP for me has been the training they provide their employees. They also offer great benefits and discounts for their employees and their families

      Cons

      Stressful and challenging. As with most corporations it's all about the bottom line and always pushing for more and more. Little regard for employees life outside of work.
