Pros
ADP is a very large company so the benefits and the opportunites for job advancement are good.
Cons
Very political environment. Managers lack experience and ability to motivate and develop good people. While there are lots of internal opportunities their HR system is a nightmare, it's easier to get a job as an outside applicant than an internal one, what does that tell you about the value they place on their existing employees?
