      Stagnant in growth opportunities

      The opportunity for growth was stale. There was a lot of favoritism and no plan for people who came to the organization with a degree into client services as a stepping stone to a career with the company. Middle managers had worked their way up and were not looking for growth opportunities which then create a stagnant atmosphere for those who show promise.

      A good corporate culture with regular opportunities for progression within the organization. A leader in their industry with a growing product set.

      Cons

      High turnover in upper management over the past three years. Poor direction from leadership in some areas of the business.

      Name recognition (although, they do have a really bad reputation for customer service in many divisions). National resources

      Cons

      Very poor local and regional sales management that have a churn and burn attitiude toward anyone in sales positions. Good ol' "boys" network. Be wary of management members that "eat their young" and will mow you down for a few dollars in sales revenue. If you like telemarketing and getting "good" leads for your sales manager to take over and botch your sales process this is the place for you.
