Pros

You have the ability to make a lot of money in this role as long as you are liked by management and are assigned a decent territory.

Cons

The office environment is extremely toxic. The current VP of Sales and one of the Sales Executives have created a culture that is unhealthy. This has created massive turnover in this specific office of over 87% year over year. Be careful if you are looking to leave a stable position for a role within Major Accounts in Denver as the likely hood of one working out for longer than 6 months to a year is extremely low.

Pros

I was one of the first four hired to support HRB in El Paso. I've had amazing growth and have obtained Senior status for every roles I've had. Unfortunately, June 30 is my last day as I'm part of a lay off. We have a new leader in our group who wants to show what she can do. I asked if there was any possibility my role would be available in El Paso in the future. She sent my request to HR and asked they respond to me onnhee behalf. Not sure what happened to the open door policy. I really put a lot of effort into my careee at ADP and continued my education to obtain the role I'm being removed from. You're just a number now. I've always be recognized as a strong and values performer and employee of the quarter. Not sure why ADP would let go of such a dedicated employee.

Cons

Upper management is only interested in showing what they can do and forget about the associates. I can assure this new leader will be gone in 2-3 years and then it's on to a new leader with a new bag of tricks.

Pros

They pay very well

Cons

ADP does not follow industry standards and are out of touch with reality. There is no work life balance and they are eliminating remote access. ADP is a large and was a respectable company, but it's competitors are catching up. If you have options think hard before selecting ADP.
