Pros

Great people to work with and great team/region events Learn how to work hard Balance a ton and work for a brand name

Cons

I came in a healthy person. I used to think that these reviews were left by reps who weren’t performing and got fired because of it. I am a top performer in my roles, hit quotas and worked myself into the ground to perform at a high level. Stuff hits the fan every day, i have clients call me at 10pm to fix a payroll issue and am told to direct them to client services because they’re open “24/7”. client services will just direct them to another team that’s not open. It’s issues all the time. The payout for how hard they work reps is not enough.

Pros

Great benefits, strong culture, and great lower level leadership teams.

Cons

Severely underpaid for the workload, metrics system is flawed, lack of promotions or ability to advance in your career. Employee satisfaction levels are awful.

Pros

This is a large company and there are can be growth if the all white male leaders (in Louisville) like you.

Cons

No diversity… oh wait they hired a black women that was amazing… she got fired for hiring a another black woman!! (everyone knows). Then, instead of hiring a smart director… they hired a male (person of color)…. That everyone dislikes and is incompetent. I once heard the VP say (when they came to vist) that my coworker was wired and would never be promoted as long as he is around. There are no opportunities for advancement unless you are white. There are people who have been in roles for years that are outstanding, but constantly passed over for promotion because they’re not a favorite. Also they will force the team members to lie on month end accounts…. Just to make the numbers look good. That is fraud. It is documented. The leadership doesn’t care. Stay away from retirement services.
