      Pros

      Coworkers and total compensation. Flexibility.

      Cons

      The company is running too lean now and this is impacting service. We don't have enough associates to handle the heavy workload after a couple of reductions in force were made, along with a platform migration that was poorly implemented.

      Pros

      ADP is known as the preferred payroll company.

      Cons

      You are expected to manage and provide service with little to no experience. They hire millennials with no experience and lay off tenured experienced employees. You work under an insurmountable amount of pressure with little product training and assigned 40- 50 accounts to service which is difficult to maintain. Many of my peers resigned and walked away even when offered an incentive to stay,
