      High Turn Over- Inconsistent, Deceptive, Manipulative

      Pros

      Work environment and Culture is great! They offer a lot of business resource groups and encourage networking within the company. There’s a lot of departments to transition for career opportunities to move when you met your 18 month tenure on your current position.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, inconsistent and manipulative. They will attempt to be your friend and “encourage” you by promising you a position to promote. Then when applying, and management saying you’re an “exemplary employee”, you are “guaranteed” to promote, you are rejected mutiple times due to reasons that don’t make sense.

      Good if you never went to college

      Pros

      Good opportunities to move up and build a career. Lots of promotion from within. Doesn't require a college degree, in fact most of my direct management only had a high school degree. Senior management (like CEO level) is really good.

      Cons

      No one ever grows up wanting to work at a payroll company and it shows. Lots of lifers who have a crab in the bucket mentality and don't want to see new or young people succeed. Lots of ingrained bureaucracy from people who are losers in real life and hold onto their sliver of power.
