Pros

Once they threw a 'party' for everyones good work, and gave us hot dogs and sodas!

Cons

Where to even begin... Managers that don't care about their teams and only care about metrics that will please the higher ups. Managers who don't respond to internal emails. Customers who never get a response and are given the run around. Managers have no clue whats happening and 85% of them don't care. Disregard for the time of employees, a trend where last minute meetings are often dropped on calendars where you're expected to present, with less than a couple hours notice. Poor communication cross departmentally and little to no company morale. If you're looking for a role with little to no internal promotions (18 months before you're allowed to even be considered for a promotion once you're hired), where your managers only give you feedback when its negative, and a stale corporate environment, then this is the place for you.

Pros

1. A lot of young people and colleagues so if you are new in Barcelona it is a good place to get to know people and make friends 2. Nice office 3. Good sales trainings

Cons

1. If they ever talk about a bonus system - be aware that they always find a reason to NOT pay you your bonus 2. A lot of mistakes in paying the right amount of your salary (still so strange for a payroll company it self…) 3. Colleagues are crazy (will not explain details but..) and are not serieus and/ or motivated. 4. If management likes you, you will do great and get leads. If not you will not get any opportunity 5. Lack of women and still a very men driven environment 6. Close new business deals is impossible! It takes you at least a year or a year and a half to close the first one 7. They force you to go to the office 3 days a week and the working days are from 9 to 18

Pros

Great corporate sales training. A lot of benefits (it’s what we sell so this shouldn’t be surprising). Depending on which team you get on, can be a great team culture and an overall great experience. Can be a great first sales gig if you don’t have a family

Cons

Heavily CPA reliant for referrals. You will inherit a book of business of clients, banks, and CPA’s. Understand this: -your clients were sold by a past rep and likely receive calls weekly from inside sales -your banks are likely to not be very good or refer business that won’t close for months -your CPAs…. Understand this…there’s a reason you’re getting them. 1. A past rep quit due to not being successful. 2. A rep moved up within the company, kept their best firms, and left the non-referring firms 3. If a good rep quits, the Sales Executive isn’t going to risk giving a great CPA relationship to a new rep so that they can ruin it. So they give it to a more tenured rep Due to this, the ADM position is a revolving door Also, salaries are based on region and the Tampa region arguably has the lowest base pay in the country at $40k. If your goal is to make $80k (like what I was told EvErYoNe was making on my team) you have to sell around $350,000 in revenue, hit benchmarks, and have quality referrals. The average deal is around $2,000 so do the math. If your bank and CPA partners aren’t sending referrals, you’re screwed because convincing business owners to completely switch over their backend processes isn’t easy. If you have ANY work experience and don’t want to take a step backwards, don’t apply. Don’t be a 30 something year old applying to a churn and burn job surrounded by 20 year olds.
