      Pros

      High base salary. That is it.

      Cons

      Leadership is the biggest problem this company faces, the product, customer service, lack of innovation, lots of secrecy between higher ups, not open to change even with attrition being incredibly high, position oversold, management inflexible to accommodate employee concerns, concerned with higher ups commitment to their employees, zero trust in employees (treated like children), company stuck in time and not changing to keep up with today culturally and product-wise, quota difficult to attain but zero addressing of it. Position completely oversold...they promise you the world, and get nothing that they recruited you with. Negative morale, and nothing done about it. Sales reps continuing to leave for the exact same reason, and leadership is aware, yet not doing anything about it. Unfortunately this was the worst workplace I've ever been a part of.

      It's was good until it was bad

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good benefits. Reasonable hours when it was good.

      Cons

      New Support model leaves you overworked and stressed out. Moral was falling. You are given more work than you can handle and the clients will let you know it when you speak with them.

      All about perspective. Many layoffs when there, so stressful. Disheartning. Hindsight, most should have known way before

      Pros

      Nice comfortable suburban location, house and good schools mile away. Beats LA traffic!

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and offshoring. Associates required to train replacements in India. Laid off upon their return. Even though a lot of those let go had become complacent. Have to question the strategy of having those who have been deemed "not worth retaining due to incompetence and lack of effort" be those who actually go to India and train replacements.
