1) Aptitude Test- Simple test on maths logic, reasoning e.g. two statements given, then selecting most logical statements from options as per these give statements, addition subtraction of nos Involving decimals etc.. 2) Technical Test- Basics of Manual testing E.g.- what is Regression Testing?, Identify testings on their description, Decide Severities n Priorities of given defects, write testings which are unique to web based application etc.. 3) Essay writing- write essay on one topic from many e.g. I wrote on 'How media n Films influence people.' 4) HR round e.g. info abt u, ur salary expectations, how will u come to office?? notice period etc... 5) Technical round- Based on resume E.g. Information abt u, abt ur project, ur role, test scenarios on 'Date field', Define quality on ur word etc...
