I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Went to the local school job fair and received an invite to an informational interview. The informational interview had about 30 candidates and all of the hiring managers (around 20?). Had 2 quick interviews with 2 separate managers. A week later I was called for another interview and test.
The second interview comprised of two different interviews. The first one had a panel of 5/6 team leaders and managers, and the second interview was with a group of 4 other managers. Took the exam afterward (finished in an hour). Received a call a few days later that I got the job.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yardi Systems in Jun 2015
Interview
This role is very similar to an implementation specialist role. Interview starts with an telephone round from the HR. This was a very casual introduction exchange round with a bit of overview of my qualification and previous experience and what transferable skill set I bring to the table. Since this role involves client interaction, verbal communication is something the HR will evaluate as well.
The next round was with all the team leads of different team as they ask questions to find out the best fit into a team. The questions were more behavioral based to see how you handle clients.
The next round was with the Manager and Director of the company who will asked questions more on the technical front.
It was overall a 20 day process for me and it successfully got converted into an offer.
