Went to the local school job fair and received an invite to an informational interview. The informational interview had about 30 candidates and all of the hiring managers (around 20?). Had 2 quick interviews with 2 separate managers. A week later I was called for another interview and test. The second interview comprised of two different interviews. The first one had a panel of 5/6 team leaders and managers, and the second interview was with a group of 4 other managers. Took the exam afterward (finished in an hour). Received a call a few days later that I got the job.
