Question 1
WHAT IS A REASON NUMBER A EMPLOYEE SHOULD MISS WORK IN A MONTH
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2013
Interview
I put in an online application, took an online assessment, and then had a robo-call that had several questions that I had to answer (roleplaying type questions). After the robo-call I was offered a time and date for an interview which I accepted, but when I arrived for my appointment they apparently could not locate my application information, so I had to sit down at one of their workstations and fill out the application again, take the assessment again, and then take the robo-call again. After that, I finally got my face-to-face interview (within minutes, which was nice) and at the end of the interview I was told they were interested in me for an upcoming project and I'd get an email in the next few weeks with a job offer. The email ended up taking more than a few weeks, but I found out that's because the client delayed the second training class.

Question 1
The robo-call asked generic things like, "How will you inform your supervisor you are late to work today"
I applied online. I interviewed at Xerox (Colorado Springs, CO) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was an easy interview not intimidating at all. The man who gave me the interview made sure I wasn't tense and at ease. I had to do a skills test and then wait patiently and make sure my skills were within their criteria.
