Interview
A two-part interview, with one part being a test on the computer to assure one's knowledge of computers and typing, and the other being a one on one interview that is about as basic as an interview can be. The hiring managers are alright. They try to act like they're important because they are a boss at XEROX! So, you might get put down if you're not a college graduate or know the square root of pi, but as long as you can handle about thirty minutes of stupid questions like, "where do you see yourself in five years?," you should be just fine.
BTW, this only applies to anyone not named Shawn Vance. He's the head honcho at the site in Alamogordo and he's as cool as the other side of the pillow. Shawn is there when you need him (usually) and will do what he can to help you succeed in the blackhole of Xerox.

I applied online and received a phone call and an email. I responded and was asked to complete an assessment. They said I could come in or do it online. I was told to email right away after I finished the assessment. I was called in for am interview the next day. I felt as if it was a very interactive process

I was asked a lot of questions. My favorite was, Name a time where you had to use your skills to deal with a difficult customer. What did you do?

Brief phone questionnaire. If I was still interested in work, if I had any issues with working all shifts, and if I had reliable transportation. If not, would I come in for an assessment test. Several computer based, customer order related questions and a typing test.
