Interview
Testing and screening on a computer comes first. If that approves you for the job you'll get a rather short interview asking you about your experience and how you'd handle certain situations, as well as going over job options and benefits. The interviewer asked about previous experiences working with customers and how I was able to handle difficult problems. There was also a short talk about needing to ensure that drug screening and background checks were completed for full authorization.
