I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Tigard, OR) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online. Contacted via email came into the interview in about 3 days. Walked into the building and into the recruiting department. Signed in and was taken to a computer for a 45min-1hr 'test'. Typing test along with general customer service call center questions. How to handle customers, can you deal with pressure ect. Finished testing and sat waiting for 5-10 minutes before actually being interviewed, Asked basic interview questions pretty simple. Finished and waited another 3 minutes before being moved to another 'test' with what im guessing was a middle management guy. He was pretty chill, knew what he was talking about and liked his job, nice guy. He gives you some simple computer commands and asks some questions and then shows you the workspace. Then you sit and wait again for a little while. Eventually you talk to HR who offers you a job on the spot. You can opt to wait and make a decision at a later date. From what I saw it looked like a decent place to work. Typical call center feel.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Charlotte, NC) in May 2016
Interview
I got a response within 2 days after applying. Unfortunately I had car issues and couldn't make the interview and had to reschedule. I am Currently waiting for a reschedule to be interviewed face to face and hopefully get hired. Overall a fast process and very easy to do and get a response. I got a response via email and whenever I replied it was not a long time in between time to get a response back. I will soon do an update for xerox on how the actual interview goes.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Harrisburg, PA) in May 2016
Interview
Easy. Phone interview and then, a face to face interview. Standard questions regarding customer service. After applying online, a female called me from VA to set up a next day phone interview. The phone interview lasted roughly 30 minutes but that was with some other chatter involved. The HR rep was very nice and considerate.
