Easy interview process and quick individual interview, interviewer was part of the human resource staff and was easy to talk to and was friendly and professional. Also took a typing test to measure speed and accuracy and answered questions in the format of what would you do if.

Interview
The interview process included listening to pre-recorded calls and providing feedback afterwards. Hiring manager was cool and is definitely a Marvels fan, therefore the interview was relaxed. The interview questions were mainly situational questions, so make sure you are as specific as possible.
